At Jon Crosbie Jeweller, we take great care in ensuring your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and in a timely manner.
Australian Orders
We offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic "Gemstone" and "Ready To Wear" orders via Australia Post Express or DHL Express.
"Custom Made" orders require a minimum on 14 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the piece.

For metropolitan and capital city addresses, processing and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.

For regional or remote areas, please allow 7–12 business days.

A signature is required on delivery, and all parcels include full tracking and transit insurance.
Please note: While we always work to dispatch orders efficiently, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are a small, family-run business and each order is carefully processed by our team. This means processing can take an extra day or two. We recommend allowing ample time for production, processing, and delivery when placing your order. Thank you for your patience and support.
International Orders
We ship worldwide using DHL Express or FedEx Priority.
