Jon Crosbie – Founder & Gemmologist

As a qualified gemmologist with over two decades in the jewellery industry, Jon leads the sourcing and selection of all gemstones and materials used in our creations. His deep knowledge of gem quality, ethical origins, and market valuations ensures that every piece starts with integrity and ends in excellence. Jon’s commitment to transparency and craftsmanship is the foundation of everything we do—giving clients confidence in the story behind every stone.

 

Sara – Design Consultant & Customer Experience Lead

Sara is the welcoming face many customers first meet. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and a passion for beautiful jewellery, she helps clients articulate their vision and guides them through every step of the bespoke journey—from concept to completion. Her attention to detail and warm, personal approach ensure every experience is enjoyable and tailored to you, whether you're creating a custom piece or choosing something special from our collection.

 

Andrew – Senior Jeweller

With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Andrew is a master of his craft. He specialises in the full spectrum of jewellery creation—from custom design and handcrafting to resizing and repairs. Known for his precision and problem-solving, Andrew brings decades of knowledge and a calm, thoughtful approach to every piece he works on.

 

Timmy – Master Jeweller 

Timmy brings more than 20 years of experience to his dual role as a designer and craftsman. He creates beautiful, lasting pieces with care and precision, while also specialising in aftercare services to keep your jewellery looking its best. From polishing and resizing to thoughtful repairs, Timmy takes pride in every detail, ensuring each piece receives the expert attention it deserves.
