That’s why when you commission a custom-made piece of jewellery, we make sure that you are involved in the process from start to finish. We want you to get jewellery with a warm, personal touch and that can’t happen without you!

The first step is consultation. We take the time to sit down with you and discuss what you are looking for. No question is too silly, and we are more than happy to answer and address any concerns or questions you might have. Our Brisbane jewellers have over 100 years combined experience, so we give you all the advice and information you will need to avoid any mistakes and design the best piece possible. We will also take the time to explain to you the procedures that will be involved in creating your custom-made piece, so that you know exactly what’s happening at every step of the way.

The next step in the process is making your jewellery. The jewellery we create is made for you by our experienced jewellers in our modern, fully-equipped jewellery workshop, which is located on-site. This is particularly important because not only does it allow us to create custom-made, handcrafted jewellery for you at affordable prices using top quality equipment, it also allows you to interact directly with the jeweller who is creating your jewellery.

 

If you happen to have any old, unused jewellery or “scrap” gold lying around, we can use this when making your new piece. By using your old gold, you will get a piece that is even more personal, and it will be cheaper, too!

The last step: you get to pick up your new, handcrafted, custom-made piece of jewellery. There’s nothing more exciting that getting a beautiful, polished end-product that was created especially for you and designed and crafted according to your specifications. And we love nothing better than seeing the excitement on our customer’s faces when they receive their beautiful new jewellery.
